AI Model Generator for Cinema 4D Products, props and rigged people, free

Describe a product, a prop or a person and the AI builds it at real size. Pick For Cinema 4D and download an .fbx in centimetres that opens at real size. Objects keep their named parts, people come rigged with joints and a Skin deformer, and a product can arrive with a turntable spin.

Free. Use your own Anthropic or OpenAI key.

Also from Innerscene: Circadian Lab, a free lighting calculator for room illuminance, melanopic EML, and glare.

How it works

  1. 1. Describe it or add a photoType what you want in plain words, with sizes if you know them, or add a photo as a reference. Describe an object or a person.
  2. 2. The AI builds and checks itThe AI writes an OpenSCAD program for an object, or sets up the character generator for a person. It looks at six rendered views of the result and fixes what is wrong, up to five builds per message.
  3. 3. Refine and exportThe model opens in the viewer at real size. Ask for changes in the chat, move the sliders, then download it or pick a format from the Export menu.

Why make it with AI here

  • Motion designers get product stand-ins with named parts and an optional Turntable clip for a quick reveal.
  • People come rigged, so they can walk, wave or idle on the timeline, or be posed for a still.
  • Named materials make it quick to swap in Redshift or Octane materials.

Prompts to try

Click one to open it in the AI panel, then change the sizes to suit.

Getting the model into Cinema 4D

  1. Pick For Cinema 4D in the AI panel's Made for menu, or say "for Cinema 4D" in your request.
  2. Choose an animation next to the download (Turntable for objects, Idle, Walk or Wave for people), then click Download .fbx.
  3. In Cinema 4D, use File > Merge Project or drag the file into the viewport.
  4. Press Play to see the baked animation on the timeline.

The file is written Y up in centimetres, Cinema 4D's own FBX convention. Colours come through as basic materials with their names; replace them for final renders.

Best export formats: FBX, GLB, OBJ

Good to know

No MoGraph setups come with the model. Smooth organic product shapes come out faceted, so add a Subdivision Surface where it helps.

Cost and privacy

You use your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. It is stored only in your browser and sent only to that provider, which bills you directly: a model typically costs $0.05 to $0.30 at Standard quality and up to about $1 at Detailed, and Innerscene charges nothing. Your key and prompts are not sent to Innerscene; we record anonymous usage statistics such as the steps used, the model chosen, token counts, a cost estimate and whether a model was made.

Questions

▶Which format should I use for Cinema 4D?
The .fbx made with For Cinema 4D. It opens at real size with named objects, materials and, for people, the rig.
▶Will the materials work in Redshift?
The colours come through as basic materials with names. Swap them for Redshift materials for final looks.
▶Can I animate the model?
Yes. Pick Turntable for an object or Idle, Walk or Wave for a person, or keyframe the named parts yourself in Cinema 4D.
▶Can it make a product from my photo?
Add the photo as a reference in the AI panel. The AI rebuilds the product from simple shapes; it does not copy the exact branded design.
