Description
TT-style DG01D dual-output gear motor, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 37.6 x 64.2 x 22.5 mm. Key dimensions: body length 64.2 mm; gearbox thickness 18.8 mm; gearbox height 22.5 mm; shaft span 37.6 mm; output axis from nose 11.2 mm; shaft major diameter 5.4 mm; shaft across flats 3.6 mm; shaft bore 1.9 mm; mount hole diameter 3 mm; mount hole pitch 17.5 mm; mount hole from nose 31.8 mm; motor retainer width 22.5 mm. Installation datums follow the DAGU DG01D-A130 manufacturer drawing hosted by SparkFun. This specific TT-style design is not dimensionally interchangeable with every yellow TT gear motor. Undimensioned shell contour, seam, internal motor seat and metal retaining band are reconstructed. Auxiliary nose lug and electrical terminals are omitted; the 64.2 mm length refers to the dimensioned body datum. Internal gears and performance are not modeled. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer.
