Description

HS-311 standard servo with original horn, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 58.5 x 20 x 42.8 mm. Key dimensions: case length 40 mm; case width 20 mm; case height 36.5 mm; tab span 53 mm; tab width 20 mm; tab under height 26.5 mm; tab thickness 2.5 mm; mount slot diameter 4.5 mm; output axis x 10 mm; output teeth 24; output major diameter 6 mm; output tip height 41.6 mm; horn true. Body, tab height and mounting pitch follow the manufacturer drawing. Case contours and spline tooth form are reconstructed. Flexible leads, electrical internals and motion are omitted. Taps are nominal cylindrical envelopes. Original single-arm horn has 1.7 mm linkage holes at 3 mm pitch; it is not a vendor horn drawing. HS-311 uses the 2025 MULTIPLEX/Hitec drawing: 53 mm tab span, 47.8 x 10.2 mm slot pattern and 41.6 mm height to the output tip. The nominal 24-tooth output is 6 mm diameter; tooth profile is illustrative. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification. Original Innerscene model, released CC0.
