Description
M6 x 100 mm threaded rod, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 6 x 6 x 100 mm. Key dimensions: thread diameter 6 mm; pitch 1 mm; length 100 mm; root land radial adjustment 0 mm. Modeled right-hand nominal 60-degree threads. Tolerance allowances, root radii and manufacturing runouts are simplified; use the stated nominal dimensions for layout. Selected 100 mm rod length; the cited table supplies the corresponding coarse-pitch coupling interface. Root land radius is increased 0.01 mm to stabilize the long BREP union.
