Description
Hooked extension spring, 12 mm coil OD, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 12 x 12 x 38.1 mm. Key dimensions: coil outer diameter 12 mm; wire diameter 1 mm; coil turns 14; coil pitch 1.1 mm; coil centerline length 15.1 mm; hook centerline radius 5.5 mm; hook arc degrees 300. Original geometric spring prototype with two open machine-style hooks and smooth lead-in bends. Close-wound coils retain a small modeling clearance. Initial tension, manufacturing residual stress, force-extension behavior and fatigue are not simulated. Watertight STL mesh in millimeters, ready to slice; printed performance is untested. Export to other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification.
