Description

Heat-set insert M3, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 4.6 x 4.6 x 5.7 mm. Key dimensions: thread diameter 3 mm; pitch 0.5 mm; maximum knurl diameter 4.6 mm; lead in diameter 3.9 mm; length 5.7 mm; manufacturer recommended hole 4 mm. Modeled right-hand nominal 60-degree threads. Tolerance allowances, root radii and manufacturing runouts are simplified; use the stated nominal dimensions for layout. Outside diameter, pilot diameter and length follow the RX-series drawing. Tooth count, band positions and helix angles are representative rather than manufacturing tooling geometry. The cited hole diameter is a manufacturer starting dimension; the model does not simulate heat insertion or plastic flow. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification. Original Innerscene model, released CC0.
