Description
FS90-C 9 g micro servo with original horn, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 36.7 x 12.5 x 31.4 mm. Key dimensions: case length 23.2 mm; case width 12.5 mm; case height 23 mm; tab span 32.6 mm; tab width 11.8 mm; tab under height 16.4 mm; tab thickness 2.4 mm; mount slot diameter 4 mm; output axis x 5.4 mm; output teeth 20; output major diameter 4.8 mm; output tip height 30.5 mm; horn true. Body, tab height and mounting pitch follow the manufacturer drawing. Case contours and spline tooth form are reconstructed. Flexible leads, electrical internals and motion are omitted. Taps are nominal cylindrical envelopes. Original single-arm horn has 1.7 mm linkage holes at 3 mm pitch; it is not a vendor horn drawing. FS90 output center X=5.35 mm is inferred from the case geometry; tab slot diameter 4 mm and spline extension 3.2 mm are selected from the undimensioned drawing. Verify those interfaces against the physical servo before drilling or making a mating spline. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification. Original Innerscene model, released CC0.
