Fixture welding table with clamps and stops (28 mm system). Overall 1500 x 1036 x 1050 mm (X width x Y depth x Z height): fixture welding table of the 28 mm system: a nitrided 1500 x 1000 x 25 mm top with 150 holes of 28 mm on a 100 mm grid and engraved grid lines through the hole centres, a 200 mm system edge with two rows of 28 mm holes (50 and 150 mm below the top surface), four 80 x 80 mm legs with levelling feet, a lower frame and shelf. The table top is 850 mm above the floor. On it: a stop square fixed with two quick-release bolts, a T-joint of 12 mm steel plates held by two screw clamps (one fillet weld finished, three tack welds on the other side), two round stops and a toggle clamp holding a flat bar; an earth clamp grips the front edge with its lead coiled on the shelf. The screw clamp posts reach 1050 mm above the floor (the overall height); the top sets the width (1500 mm in X) and the earth clamp and its lead in front of the front edge the depth (1036 mm in Y).
