Description
Drag chain link, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 34 x 27 x 14 mm. Key dimensions: link pitch 26 mm; inside width 17 mm; inside height 10 mm; pin diameter 3.6 mm; pivot bore 4.1 mm; link count 1. Original solid CAD modeled from scratch. Closed meshes and digital clearances are checked; physical printing and load/flow performance have not been tested. Use millimeter units for STL. Original cable-carrier links with open longitudinal channel, integrated transverse pins and offset pivot ears. Links are separate closed solids with 0.25 mm radial pivot clearance. Print links separately and flex the rear ears over the adjacent pins during assembly. The five-link preview is a layout assembly, not a print-in-place claim. Flex strain, bend stops, fatigue and minimum bend radius are not rated. Watertight STL mesh in millimeters, ready to slice; printed performance is untested. Export to other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification. Original Innerscene model, released CC0.
