Description
Print-in-place hinged clamshell, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 168 x 62.4 x 15.5 mm. Key dimensions: open leaf centers 88 mm; closed case height 24 mm; hinge pin 3 mm; hinge hole 3.7 mm; radial clearance 0.4 mm; knuckle axial gap 0.6 mm; print in place true. Original solid CAD modeled from scratch. Closed meshes and digital clearances are checked; physical printing and load/flow performance have not been tested. Use millimeter units for STL. Two shallow box halves print open, each with its own flat floor on the bed. Alternating knuckles and a pin integrated into the base capture the lid without separate hardware. Closing the lid forms a nominal 24 mm-deep clamshell. Print open in the supplied orientation. Disable supports inside hinge gaps and use a printer capable of the short pin bridges; nominal radial gap is 0.35 mm. No latch, seal or measured fatigue life is included. Watertight STL mesh in millimeters, ready to slice; printed performance is untested. Export to other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification. Original Innerscene model, released CC0.
