Summary
This thesis investigates the relationship between caffeine consumption and sleep quality in New Zealand young adults, a population particularly vulnerable to sleep disruption. While not directly about lighting, findings on behavioral sleep disruptors can inform holistic sleep hygiene recommendations that complement circadian lighting interventions.
