Description
Tr8x8(P2) lead screw and anti-backlash nut, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 22 x 22 x 100 mm. Key dimensions: major diameter 8 mm; pitch 2 mm; lead 8 mm; starts 4; included thread angle deg 30; external minor diameter 5.5 mm; screw length 100 mm; nut flange diameter 22 mm; nut mount PCD 16 mm; nut mount hole 3.3 mm; mode assembly. Original nominal Tr8x8(P2) right-hand geometry: four starts, 2 mm axial pitch and 8 mm advance per revolution. 30-degree trapezoid, simplified square end runouts and sharp roots. Original two-piece brass nut with compression spring and two anti-rotation guide pins. Selected radial/flank clearance is 0.10 mm; the spring is shown in a nominal assembly state, without force or friction simulation. No vendor mounting pattern, thread tolerance class or zero-backlash performance is claimed. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system.
