Description
Module 1 spur pair, 20:40 teeth, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 62 x 41.9 x 11 mm. Key dimensions: module 1 mm; pressure angle deg 20; center distance 30 mm; ratio 2; face width 8 mm; nominal pitch backlash 0.1 mm. Original matching 2:1 spur pair at the standard center distance. Both gears use the same 20-degree involute recipe as the individual variants; the 40-tooth wheel is rotated 4.5 degrees into mesh. Static CAD assembly with selected 0.08 times module total pitch-circle backlash. Sharp simplified roots, spline-approximated flanks and original hubs/bore choices are not a manufacturing or load-rated gear specification.
