Description
Module 1.5 worm and 40-tooth wheel, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 63 x 78 x 20 mm. Original 40:1 crossed-axis worm assembly. Forty throated helical wheel teeth are lofted from a numerical envelope of a trapezoidal worm hob at 721 synchronized poses over eight revolutions. Thirteen axial sections and 49 radial samples per tooth define the editable CAD approximation. Selected 0.20 mm tool clearance plus 0.025 mm radial interpolation relief. Finite sampling, spline interpolation, roots and end runouts are simplified; this is a layout model, not a manufacturing hobbing master. Lubrication, loads, efficiency and self-locking are not simulated. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer.
