MGN12H carriage on 300 mm rail, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 27 x 300 x 13 mm. Key dimensions: reference MGN12H; rail length 300 mm; rail width 12 mm; rail height 8 mm; assembled height 13 mm; carriage width 27 mm; carriage length 45.4 mm; steel body length 32.4 mm; mount tap M3; mount depth 3.5 mm; rail hole pitch 25 mm; rail end hole offset 12.5 mm; rail through hole 3.5 mm; rail counterbore 6 mm; rail counterbore depth 4.5 mm. MGN-C/H dimensions follow HIWIN catalog G99TE23-2309, printed page 89. Rail cut length is selected; MGN12 uses symmetric 12.5 mm end offsets at 25 mm pitch. MGN15 uses the published 15 mm end offset. Rail race relief, carriage internal cavity and end-cover shapes are reconstructed. Recirculating balls and grease nipple are omitted. M3 taps are nominal cylindrical envelopes; no running clearance, preload or load performance is simulated. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system.
