Description
Hazelnut branch with nuts in husks. Overall 671 x 358 x 135 mm (X width x Y depth x Z height): Hazelnut (Corylus avellana, Turkish fındık) branch shown in its natural growing pose with the cut end at -X: a zig-zag twig with grey-brown bark and lenticels, two side shoots, 13 rounded, doubly serrate leaves on short petioles in two ranks with their blades facing up, and 6 clusters of two or three nuts (14 nuts) hanging from the shoot tips and twig nodes on short peduncles, each nut held in a leafy, fringed husk; the husks of a cluster join on the peduncle and press flat against each other. The lowest nut is the floor contact and the main twig runs between 37 and 91 mm above the floor; the twig sets the width (671 mm in X), the side shoots and their leaves the depth (358 mm in Y), and the highest leaf the height (135 mm above the floor; the manifest's 300 mm height would need the branch held upright). Original unbranded model. Overall 671 x 358 x 135 mm. Nominal size: 670.81 x 358.45 x 135.00 mm overall. glTF binary (GLB) mesh with materials, modeled in meters at real-world scale.
