Description

ANSI #40 10-pitch chain segment, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 139 x 12 x 14.3 mm. Key dimensions: chain size 40; pitch 12.7 mm; roller or bush diameter 7.9 mm; inner width 8 mm; pin diameter 4 mm; plate thickness 1.5 mm. Chain pitch, roller/bush diameter and inner width follow Tsubaki published ANSI dimensions. Number 25 is a bush chain, with no independent roller; the pictured sleeve represents the bush. Original sprocket blanks use chordal pitch-circle geometry and circular roller seats with 0.08 mm radial clearance. Tooth-tip/flank entry contours and chain plate waists are simplified; this is an installation/layout model, not a production hob profile or rated drive. Pins, sleeves and alternating plates remain separately editable. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification. Original Innerscene model, released CC0.
