Description
2GT belt, 100 mm strip, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 100 x 1.4 x 6 mm. Key dimensions: pitch 2 mm; tooth count 50; pitch length 100 mm; width 6 mm; overall thickness 1.4 mm; tooth height 0.8 mm; back thickness 0.6 mm; root fillet 0.2 mm; flank radius 1 mm; tip radius 0.6 mm; pitch line differential 0.3 mm. Original CAD using the published Misumi 2GT three-radius tooth section, including root lands and tangent arcs. Circular belt is shown relaxed at constant pitch radius; no tensile cords or tooth deformation are simulated. These dimensions describe the Misumi 2GT section, not every Gates-branded GT2 product. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer.
