Description
2GT 20-tooth drive pulley, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 15.8 x 15.8 x 13.5 mm. Key dimensions: pitch 2 mm; teeth 20; pitch diameter 12.7 mm; belt width 6 mm; toothed face width 6.5 mm; bore 5 mm; set screw pilot 2.5 mm. Original pulley flange, hub and bore dimensions. Toothed variants use the published Misumi 2GT belt profile (R0.15/R1.00/R0.555, 0.75 mm height, 0.254 mm pitch-line differential) bent onto the pitch circle and used as a nominal groove envelope. The profile is spline-approximated after circular mapping. No vendor sprocket machining allowance or manufacturing tooth-form certification is implied. Set-screw holes are unthreaded pilots; idlers omit internal bearing races. Exact solid STEP geometry in millimeters, opens in any CAD system. Export to STL, OBJ, GLB and other formats from the viewer.
