Abstract

Summary

This study examines how pre-sleep gadget use duration correlates with insomnia rates among medical students at UIN during the COVID-19 pandemic, when online learning increased screen exposure. The findings are relevant for designing screen-use guidelines and lighting/environment recommendations for student dormitories and study spaces to protect sleep health.
