Description
Bridge, wall and overhang test plate, modeled from published dimensions. Overall 125 x 90 x 23 mm. Key dimensions: base 125 x 90 x 3; bridge clear spans 5, 10, 15, 20; wall thicknesses 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6; hole diameters 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10; overhang from vertical degrees 30, 45, 60. Original geometry modeled from scratch in tools/cad_print_designs.py. Closed solid meshes checked digitally. Physical printing, strength and printer-specific tolerances have not been tested. Print flat, without supports, to compare bridging, thin walls, holes, steps and overhangs. Hole coupons have the 3 mm base below them. Read nominal feature dimensions from parameters.json. Watertight STL mesh in millimeters, ready to slice; printed performance is untested. Export to other formats from the viewer. Nominal dimensions for layout, fit checks and visualization; they do not establish a manufacturing tolerance class, load rating or standards certification. Original Innerscene model, released CC0.
