Summary

This controlled lab study exposed participants to either dim (70 lux) or bright (3000 lux) light for 12 consecutive days to measure changes in retinal and circadian system sensitivity. Retinal sensitivity (ERG), melatonin suppression, circadian phase, vigilance, and mood were tracked throughout.
