What survives the conversion
A file conversion is a translation, and formats do not carry the same things. Here is exactly what moves from RVT into PDF, and what does not.

What the PDF writer emits: Two buttons: a snapshot PDF of the current view with caption headers, and a true vector PDF. The vector one re-projects a 3-D model as editable line work with hidden lines removed, and writes a 2-D drawing straight through as native PDF vector objects with its text still selectable.

Your file never leaves your computer
Both the RVT parser and the PDF writer are JavaScript and WebAssembly running in your own browser tab.
