What survives the conversion
A file conversion is a translation, and formats do not carry the same things. Here is exactly what moves from Remplanner into GLB, and what does not.

The flat as Remplanner saved it, in centimetres at real size: every wall at its saved height with mitred corners and its door, doorway and window openings cut through it, each room’s floor on a layer named with its area, ceilings on a layer that starts hidden, and furniture and fittings as boxes at their saved size, named by item.
