How to convert IFC to WRL

What survives the conversion
A file conversion is a translation, and formats do not carry the same things. Here is exactly what moves from IFC into WRL, and what does not.

What the WRL writer emits: VRML97 with an IndexedFaceSet per mesh, IndexedLineSet for linework and PointSet for clouds, classic Material nodes, and per-vertex color where the scene has it. Meters, Y-up, written verbatim.
